– The wind will slow down, and the snow will move east, she says. There will not be a lot of snow throughout the day.
This bodes well, both for FL-Junior participants, who are making their way toward Alta, and for FL-500 mushers, who will soon be going to Karasjok.
The weather has already moved east and past the FL-1000-participants, who are going over the plateau from Levajok toward Tana. – It looks like dry weather, but they can possibly expect strong gale, says Ager-Wick.
