Enter the amount of different ingredients from the TOC (table of contents), and weigh up how much you give of each component. That's all you need to calculate the total amount of energy in your own blend. You get the answer to how much energy that comes from the various nutrients, and how the distribution is a percentage. It is also advice on where you should be.
In addition it calculates out for you how much of this mixture you need to get up to 10,000 kcal.
