Long, wet, and demanding

Tore Albrigtsen is content with passing the finish line at 09:22 together with his girlfriend Tove Sørensen, both from Tromsø, making a shared seventh place. - It has been a long, wet, and demanding race. I'm happy to be through. I've asked myself several times along the way if it's worth it, but I guess it is. I'm especially content with having 10 of my dogs with me all the way. We had a good ranking for a while, but passing Polmak, when the mild weather was at its worst, we lowered our ambitions and agreed on going for completing the race, not focusing on the ranking. At one point, Tove and Tore were among the top three.
