FL-500: Last update from the trail manager

Trail Manager Magne Johansen is on a snowmobile in the mountains to secure good trails for the FL-500 mushers who are now heading towards Jotka and the finish line in Alta. He reports of strong winds in the mountains now.

- There's probably a strong gale blowing from west/south-west. But one can see across indefinite distances, he says on the phone.

The trail breakers report of some snow on the ground in the higher areas of Stabbursdalen valley, but not too much yet. But, as he says, "things change fast up here!"
