Elisabeth Edland has chosen to terminate the race at the road crossing close to Suossjavri, about 20 km from the checkpoint at Jergul where Edland started out in 12th place. Edland’s handler Per Erik Gausereide tells us it was due to unwilling leaders that Edland chose to terminate the race.
