GO! FINNMARK – Finnmarksløpets, the livescene!

Meet Slincraze and Frost in Tana on Sunday!

Time and place: Tana bridge (by the hotel) Sunday 10th March, 18h00

Some of the Northern-Norway’s most famous artists have in common the love for dogs, and mushers aim to ensure the quality of the winter’s most beautiful adventure. On the chosen checkpoints along the Finnmarksløpet route, you can experience spectacular shows with dancers and artists who want to welcome all visitors and participants.

The first stop is Tana, Sunday 10th March. Here are some of the top artists you will meet there:

Frost:

Aggie Peterson and Per Martinsen. These two legendary electronic-experts have finally the opportunity to be around and are with us on this year’s roadshow. Aggie and Per have shaped the electronic scene in a half man’s life and keep delighting our ears with great material. Last year they released the studio album Radiomagnets which is inspired on the ghost town Pyramiden of Svalbard. Thus is to be expected in Frost’s performance on our stage, arctic and mystic sounds that were exclusively created for the Finnmarksløpet!

SlinCraze:

Nils Rune Utshi, best known for SlinCraze, has something big coming to revelation. This year he has won no less than two prestigious grants for young artists. Both the Ramp award and the Year’s Sami Music Artist contest has found its ways to this young boy from Masi. SlinCraze is one of the most amazing surprises that ever happened in the Norwegian rap scene in a very long time. If you have ever been in a SlinCraze concert before, you are undoubtedly agreeing with Åge Aleksandersen statement, the man behind the deliver of the Ramp award: I don’t understand what he is singing about, but the experience is overwhelming. He is surprisingly talented!

Together with the Stellaris DansTeater, this year's GO! Finnmark which is to be found on the chosen checkpoints under the Finnmarksløpet, bring exciting moments to the whole family!
