Dag Broch (43) from Tana has started out from Levajok at 8.35 in the morning for many people’s surprise. With just 6 hours of rest in total, it can be pretty hard to be in a great disposition. He is the one saying he is willing to try something new and exclusive, something the others do not.

FL-500 has surprisingly changed its course. The mushers are usually around 4 hours in Skoganvarre and around 6 hours in Levajok. After arriving in Levajok, Borch had said he was tired of the traditional tactics, and that wanted to try something different this time.In the single front of the race there was the musher Grete, and with the pressure rising at the checkpoint, words were now scarse. The surprising change of tactics is giving something to think about.
