Student cheering for her teacher

- Now Stian is off with Aurora, and I am standing here with tearfilled eyes, declairs Opal Mariell (20), a second year student at folk high school 69° Nord. – Aurora is my student dog, and I got her as a student dog last year when she was just a puppy.
Opal is a volunteer this year along with the other students from her school, and she will be working at the checkpoints at Skoganvarre and in Karasjok, like she did last year. She knows what to expect and the joy of the dog racing experience is great. Neither the cold weather nor the lack of sleep gets her down. – I am in love with the experience and the race.
She tells us that she of course is cheering for her teacher Stian Hasfjord (26) and his better half Nieske Wierda (28), and is exited for them to cross the finish line.
