Mandatory rest in Skoganvarre

The last mandatory rest of 8 hours within the checkpoints will have to be taken in Skoganvarre, since the teams will not go through Karasjok. Afterwards the teams will be heading back, most likely not taking another rest at the checkpoint in Jotka.
