A tired looking Frode Holten has just arrived (15:12) in Levajok checkpoint. This means that he is now 3 and a half hours behind the leading Bjørnar Andersen. So far in this race Holten has shorter resting periods than Andersen. Within the checkpoints the time amounts to almost eight hours, but of course this number does not reflect the time Holten has rested along the trail. It does reflect however that Andersen seems to follow a different predetermined scheme to Holten. Whether Holten's resting flexibility will prove to be an asset or whether he will have to regret his short resting times in the checkpoints will be the question. The 201 km of trail that left for the mushers will definetely provide another big challenge for the physical condition of the teams.
