Ole Wingren is pushing on. On the question about his last leg he says: - The trail has been challenging. I’ve got one dog that I consider to leave behind before the next leg.
Wingren starts out 38 minutes behind Katy Meier who he has great respect for. He also knows she is hungry for victory.
Ole Wingren has rested more early in the race. As one of few mushers he took out 1 hour and 22 minutes at Jotka. Therefore he has been behind the first teams which may have resulted in a softer and tougher trail for him.
