Ole Sigleif Johansen (30) from Alta, has started out from Levajok. Unfortunately the GPS-tracking on him is wrong. This will be fixed as soon as possible.

Ole Sigleif  explains that since he has many heavy male dogs he think it is good to be first on the trail. Katy Meier (41) on the other hand, has many light girls in her team. Ole Sigleif decided to leave behind one dog at Levajok.

Since he cannot use poles he has become quite stiff in his legs now. He smiles when we tell him that Katy Meier ran 40 km uphill, but it was good for her that she had to brake all the way down.  Edland may be a bit behind schedule, but it could be tactic, she probably has more to give.
