Bjørnar Andersen drove out of Polmak at 22:53. Bjørnar's handler Hågen Engtrø said he slept for 2 and a half hopurs and is in a good mood. Bjørnar has so far rested most and driven fastest. The trail was changed a bit because of the mild weather causing him to be insecure about the way. The handler also said that Bjørnar was afraid that the paws could get hurt more easily. Frode Holten has also started to prepare for a start. Holten arrived at the checkpoint a good hour after Andersen. He did not go as fast and then rested less.
