Small adjustment to the trail

Race marshall Marit H. Hoveid stated that the extremely mild weather causes certain changes to the course of the race. More precisely she talked about some minor changes. - There will be only small adjustments on the course from Polmak to Sirbma. Furthermore will be parts of the trail on the mountains, that have very little snow, led through the forrests. All participants will receive full information bfore they take of from Polmak said Hoveid. She also said that the rivers have a layer of water rather than just ice and snow. The layer of water is about 2-3 cm but the ice is still safe. Therefore the trail will try to stay off the rivers. - But it is just as well to get wet on the rivers as in the forrest is the mushers point of view.
