FL-500: Award Ceremony with Atmosphere

The audience were present to experience the Award Ceremony which honoured both winners and the other participants of Finnmarksløpet 500 km. 55 mushers were called and praised over the loud speakers. The first 20 received awards for their efforts. Winner Elisabeth Edland won an ATV Polaris Sportsmann 500, and best rookie Eline Lihagen got a dog sled. Different sponsors awarded the mushers with a variety of prizes, and the ceremony was brief and smooth. The Norwegian Champions were also announced and awared medals.

3. Jørn Sødahl Kvam

 

Norwegian Champ Elisabeth Edland received a hard-earned gold medal along with silver medalist Marianne Skjøthaug and bronze winner Jørn Sødahl Kvam.
