- It was a hard night on the tracks towards Neiden, says Wolfram from Germany. One at the time he had to take dogs into the sled to rest. - But the experience I get in nature is fantastic and that is the reason I return to Finnmarksløpet, says Wolfram Schumacher.

It takes more than a few hours to scare him out of the tracks. Ahead is 10 new hours in spectacular nature in nice weather. On his way to Kirkenes he will send thoughts to fellow countryman Hendrik Stachnau who is expected to arrive Neiden sometime Tuesday. These two mushers create the pair-at-the-end of the race.
