A smilling Roger Dahl arrived with high speed at checkpoint Tana and very happy to have left behind his fellow competitors after last nights drama.  "The speed is overwhelming and I have trouble holding the dogs back" he said to the applauding Tana spectators.

The veteran was very sparse with his words when he was asked about his further plan. In Tana he would change his sled, and the rest was uncertain. When asked where he would take his 16-hour rest, Roger Dahl just answered with a broad smile.

Ralph was not surprised that Roger Dahl had overtook him and was first into Tana. "Roger has a great team" he said, but he didn't seem overly worried about this. "It would be strange if he would not have overtaken me". However he was suprised not to have seen Robert Sørli, as he has had the fastest team until now.
