May Conny Johansen from Alta is a tough lady who has gained a lot of experience with longdistance sled-dog racing from Femundløpet, Pasvik Trail and Finnmarksløpet.
With very good results. But this year she is a handler. For the very first time!
This year it is her husband, Rune Johansen, who is out in the tracks in FL1000 with the topathletes of the family.
May Conny had her doubts. She felt that the job as a handler was risky business,but she was talked into it : - Rune asked very nicely, actually he asked even more nicely than when he proposed!
