Robert Sørlie har kjørt ett min raskere enn Ralph Johannesen. Bak dem er det også tett. 30 min skiller det første 11 spannene.

Robert Sørlie from Jeppedalen in Norway (52) has mushed one minute faster than Ralph Johannesen (Fagerheim, Norway) from Skoganvarre to Levajok. It is a tight race behind them. As many as 11 mushers are within only 30 minutes.

Ralph Johannensen and Robet Sørlie have raced half an hour faster than Inger Marie Haaland did last year - when she was the fastest team on this leg. It is also fun to see Gorm Engen get into the high paced race. But it is still a looooooong way to go. This is merely the warm up. And it seems like many are going to rest at Levajok for a few hours.
