You may follow these mushers via GPS throughout the whole race.
Ten of the teams in the 500 km-class and 18 teams in the 1000 km-class may be followed via GPS. Here is a list of the mushers. You find the link to the map with the GPS-trace on the frontpage of finnmarkslopet.no, right underneath the top menu.
500 km:
Geir Wiik (on photo), Geir Wang, Elisabeth Edland, Terje Hilmarsen, Roger Fossøy, Jørn Sødahl Kvam, Arnt Ola Skjerve, Joni Henrik ELomaa, Hege Gyltnes Hansen and Ole Wingren. More mushers in this class will be given GPSs at the checkpoint in Levajok.
1000 km:
