Prizes 2010

Premiefordelingen er klar for Finnmarksløpet 2010. Fra i fjor er pengepremiene dobblet, det er 2 ATV'er fra Polaris og ny Saltdalshytte er satt opp som sammenlagt premie for 2010-11. Verdiene for 2010 er samlet rundt NOK 600.000.- pluss Saltdalshytta til verdi av NOK 540.000-.

All prizes for Finnmarksløpet 2010 are ready.Compared to last year the prize money has doubled. There are 2 ATVs from Polaris , and a new Saltdalshytte is the prize for the combined victory for the 2010-11 races. The value of the prizes for 2010 is all together around NOK 600.000.- in addition to Saltdalshytta worth NOK 540.000,-

The lowest guaranteed moneyprize is NOK 300.000 and is divided between the 500 km and 1000 km classes like this:

In addition the following prizes will be given:

1st prize from Saltdalshytta, model Rago, goes to the combined victory for the 2010-11 races in the 1000 km class.This is a prize which will without a doubt increase the value of the total prizes. More attention, more participants and hopefully a bigger recruitement are the desired effects of the valueincease of the prizes.Value aprox. 530.000.- NOK.

It is great pleasure that Finnmarksløpet can announce that Polaris gives 2 ATVs as prizes, one in each class. ATVs are very popular among mushers who use them for training in the fall before snow and sleds may be used.

Elite-cooperator AgriPet AS gives dogfood, LABB Ekstrem dogfood, worth approx. NOK 50.000

Suite for the winners
Elite-cooperator Rica Hotel Alta gives an overnight stay in the suiten for the winner and guest of both classes. This means that the winner of both the 500 km and 1000 km classes can enjoy the night after crossing the finishing line in the hotel suite with all its luxuries.

Three-course gourmet dinner
Rica Hotel Alta will also feed the winners of both classes. They get to enjoy a gpourmet dinner in the company of the manager of the hotel and other invited guests before spending the night in the suite.
