'Magasin Finnmarksløpet' is done and was distributed throughout Norway with the Tromsø-based newspaper Nordlys on January 15th. Nordlys is behind the production of the magazine, and has been making it for the last few years.  

Gro Anett Olaussen, Executive Director of Finnmarksløpet, is very pleased with this years' magazine. - Jeg think the magazine says alot about both the race and our exciting county.

The magazine illustrates both the competitive elements and the everyday chores of the sport. It also focuses on a lot of special people and activities from different parts of the county. We are also glad that all articles have a "brief summary in english", as this means that also our foreign mushers may enjoy the magazine.

We have the magazine at Håndverkshuset - the Handicraft shop in the city centre - through the whole year. We get a lot of tourists, especially during the summer, who are interested in the race - therefore it is particularly fun to be able to show them a magazine that they also can read and understand, says Olaussen
