Petter Swift crossed the finishing line in Alta at 13:02 after 6 days, 1 hour and 8 minutes in this year's Finnmarksløpet. He came back with 8 healthy and fast dogs.

Petter had to put out some dogs relatively early in the race, and he doesn't have so much fun when he has to force the dogs to drive. He had a little problem in Neiden II, where his team overslep with a delay of two hours.

But there have also been some light-points for Petter Swift during the Finnmarksløpet. He passed right through a checkpoint,(Levajok), so there was a barrier broken.

Afterwards Petter arrived to Alta with a lot of dogs that coudln't make it for the Femundløp(600km), and it's due to the relativ youth of the dogs. The helper and partner Ingunn Holøymoen says that it's nice to help Petter. He eats when he will, he sleeps when he will, and he's gentle and straightforward. She has just to remember to take him to the bathroom.
