Tunheim is ahead of his own schedule

The list of results from last year confirms that Tunheim is ahead of his own schedule.

Harald Tunheim from Alta has completed Finnmarksløpet 14 times, and naturally he started this year as well.

It is obvious that he has worked hard to beat his own record from last year, when finished in 1^st place two minutes before Stein Håvard Fjelstad. If we compare his time from last year with the one from this year on the distance around Alta-Levajok we can see that he is ahead of his own schedule with approximately 126 minutes. But a lot of things can happen still, and there are many who can take the lead.

For the present Tunheim is in 7^th place and all his 14 dogs are still in the race. They started on their way towards Tana at approximately 09.20 a.m. today.
