Ørslien left Levajok only minutes after Skramstad, but he has no plans of trying to take the lead yet.
Many mushers have left Levajok and started on the next 11 Norwegian miles towards Tana. The first musher to leave the checkpoint was Nina Skramstad, and Trond Ørslien followed right behind. - I am not making an effort to catch up with her; it is too early to think competition at this point. For now I will just keep going in my own tempo, Ørslien says with a smile. Nevertheless he made sure to get out in the track before Kjell Brennodden.
