Skramstad was the first to arrive at Levajok

Nina Skramstad and Torneus Taisto arrived together at the Levajok checkpoint. Nina has been going from Alta to Levajok without resting.

Nina says that she has been doing well. She has had a few problems finding the track, and she used a bit of time to get the dogs going right. Nina had brought food from Skoganvarre, and stopped for about half an hour to feed the dogs on the way. The dog-team looked vigorous, but the 14 dogs will get some hours of rest at Levajok.
