The first thirty hours

Elke Schiller (Thueringen,Germany) and her team are fighting hard at her first start at the Finnmarkslopet in the limited class. Elke is one of the few women facing the enormous challenge. Stefan Kruegel, the handler of the European champion in the polar distance informed the press centre thirty hours after the start: "The trail is deep and difficult. We will continue to fight". They enter their second night on the Vidda.
