The second goal is to ensure that all boys and girls complete a full course of primary schooling. This goal should be reach by 2015.
There has been a general increase in children completing primary education. This is due to a good development in India. There has been an increase from 72 to 89% of children attending school from 1999 to 2004.
An increasing part of children in the world are attending school, which is good, a concern is, however, the difference between the sexes. Girls are far from getting the same opportunities as boys.
