Delay on GPS updates

The GPS tracking for Finnmarkslopet uses satellites to target contestants. The signals are transferred on to Telenor's GSM-net to be updated.  The systems should make automatic updates every 15th minute, but as contestants are moving in an area with poor GSM-coverage, the websites updates will be with delays.
