This year's 500km-race is over

Joar L. Ulsom who is from Mo i Rana, mid-Norway, arrived in Alta at 05:22 this morning as the second to last musher of the race. He thought the trip was really nice, neither he or his dogs were very tired.

Not long after him , Håvard Alm arrived , he was the last one to arrive. After spending 8 hours and 38 minutes from Jotka to Alta, he came to Alta at 06:04 . He was unlucky and had a rest,  a so called "parking of the dogs", in the moutains for three hours.

"This year was a hard trip, but not because of the weather . The course is very rough, I felt as if I was on a boat . But anyway, I had a nice trip", Håvard Alm said happily when he got to the finish line.
