Finnmarksløpet's Web site had more than three million hits last night from interested people who followed the 500 km races.
This is 60% more hits than in 2006. - We are really satisfied with this big interest, Hanne Rosenberg, executive manager in Finnmarkslpet reported. This shows that Finnmarksløpet is becoming more and more popular.
In addition to the website, NRK nett-TV has been cooperating with the media students from Finnmark University College in Alta. Both the start and the arrival of the 500 km race was broadcast live. You will also get to see the ones who race 1000 km live.
