Don Lyrek from USA, finished as number 14. The first non-european to start the Finnmarksløpet 1000 km ever, crossed the finishline late this evening just in time to join in at the banquet. Don Lyrek started in the race for the first time, but has longdistance experience from USA and Alaska.
Lyrek is from Denali Park in the USA, but now lives in Alta with his norvegian wife Trine and their two daughters.
