Weather forecast: mild and some snow

The weather and the trail conditions will not change dramatically during the last part of the race. The weather stations report occasional snowfall along the trail, but mostly clear weather. The temperature will rise some - to minus 20 in Karasjok and minus 5 in Alta during the night and tomorrow. Changing mild winds are expected until the morning when the wind will turn to light breeze from the north. The mushers do not think that this will mean anything for the outcome of the race.
