Roger Dahl has just left the checkpoint in Neiden. It will be exciting to see whether he can catch up on the 3,5 hours long lead that Harald Tunheim has got.
3,5 hours seems like a lot right now, but we saw last year that Roger can do the unbelievable. Then almost all experts claimed that Harald Tunheim would win. Especially after they had seen the teams in Karasjok. But Roger Dahl and his dogs passed Harald on the last leg. In Kirkenes Roger Dahl told NRK - the national broadcast service - that 500 kilometers is a long way and that much can still happen. We just have to wait and see.
